Born and raised in New Orleans, a place that has brought so many flavors alive to me, gave me an opportunity to learn from the best. As a very young girl I've always enjoyed watching and helping my grandmother and mom prepare the most delicious foods one would ever taste.  It was there that I developed the passion I have today to create and share gourmets made to be enjoyed! Over the years I've had the opportunity to put into practice all of those amazing recipes and share them with family and friends.
